In the Center: The Patio
Immediately after entering «Ses Gaviotas», you find yourself in the patio from where every room of the house is accessible.
The patio is partly shaded and with its huge stone table it is ideal as an open-air dining room in summer.
The kitchen opens to the patio as well as to the inside dining area.
Open Spaces
From the protected outside area you enter the open, spacious living room with its spectacular sea view. There is a dining area with access to the kitchen and two inviting, comfortable lounges.
Privacy
«Ses Gaviotas» offers room for eight persons. There are two double rooms on the ground floor and another two double rooms on the first floor with access to the roof terrace (for adults only, and at one’s own risk).
Each double room (with two single beds) has its own bathroom with either a shower or a tub, a toilet and two washbasins.
Right next to the patio there is another toilet as well as a washing machine and a tumbler (dryer).
